Welcome to Career Scouts, an online educational platform owned and operated by Scouts Unlimited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this School including all current and future courses, trainings, programs, digital tools, and materials, you (“user,” “student,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Career Scouts, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by:

  • These Terms of Use
  • All applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
  • Any posted policies, notices, or guidelines within the School

All materials in this School are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & License to Use

2.1 Ownership of Materials

All content provided through Career Scouts including all current and future courses, lessons, AI-powered forms, videos, templates, worksheets, downloadable PDFs, logic-based tools, frameworks, text, audio, designs, software, methods, and all other digital or physical materials (“Course Materials”) is the exclusive property of Scouts Unlimited.

All Course Materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

All Course Materials are licensed to you, not sold.
No ownership rights are transferred.

2.2 Personal License to Use

Scouts Unlimited grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • Access only the specific courses you have purchased or have been granted access to
  • Download one (1) copy of any permitted downloadable materials
  • Use Course Materials strictly for personal, individual, non-commercial purposes

This license does not permit use of Course Materials from other courses you have not purchased.

Commercial use of any kind is prohibited unless you have explicit written permission from Scouts Unlimited.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

Under this license, you may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, edit, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from any Course Materials
  • Sell, resell, license, rent, lease, publish, upload, distribute, or share Course Materials with any third party
  • Use Course Materials to train clients, run workshops, teach others, or support any business or commercial activity
  • Upload Course Materials to any website, social media, cloud drive, shared server, or AI platform
  • Record, screen capture, or redistribute videos or lessons
  • Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, watermark, or proprietary notices
  • Transfer your login, allow others to access your account, or use the School on behalf of another person
  • Reverse engineer, replicate, or attempt to reproduce any proprietary process, AI form, system, or framework

Any violation of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access and may result in legal action.

2.4 Restrictions on AI and Machine Learning Use

You may NOT:

  • Upload any Course Materials into an AI model, chatbot, or machine learning system
  • Use Course Materials to train, fine-tune, feed, or enhance any AI technology
  • Use AI to recreate, replicate, or generate derivative materials or competing products
  • Input Course Materials into generative AI tools for analysis, reformulation, or redistribution

Scouts Unlimited enforces these restrictions to protect proprietary IP and the integrity of all courses.

2.5 License Termination

Your license automatically terminates if you violate any part of these Terms. Scouts Unlimited may also terminate your license at any time for any reason.

Upon termination, you must immediately:

  • Stop accessing the School
  • Delete and destroy all downloaded or printed materials
  • Cease using any Course Materials in any form

3. Disclaimer

All Course Materials in Career Scouts are provided “as is”.
Scouts Unlimited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Suitability
  • Likely results
  • Reliability of content

We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Your use of the School is at your own risk.

4. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Scouts Unlimited be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Inability to use materials
  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These limitations apply even if Scouts Unlimited has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Revisions & Errata

Course Materials may include technical, typographical, or content errors. Scouts Unlimited does not warrant that materials are current, complete, or accurate.

We may modify or update materials at any time without notice.

6. External Links

Scouts Unlimited is not responsible for the contents of any external sites linked within the School. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

Use of external sites is at your own risk.

7. Modifications to Terms

Scouts Unlimited may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. These Terms apply to all current and future courses offered within the Career Scouts School.

By continuing to use the School, you agree to be bound by the most current version.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Career Scouts shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
